The qualifications for the position include but are not limited to:

• Clean driving record
• Valid, current driver’s license
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a background check
• High school or equal diploma
• Associate degree or better in hydraulics preferred but not required
• Prior experience as a hydraulic mechanic preferred but not required
• Prior experience as a mechanic
• Experience with farm or other large equipment preferred
